Returns & Complaints Policy

1. General Information
This Returns Policy defines the rules for withdrawal from the contract and complaints regarding products purchased from peptydy-sklep.com, operated by Vantaris Research sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warka (05-660), ul. Grójecka 79A, KRS 0001226339, NIP 7972095902. This document supplements the Terms of Service.
2. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving a reason.
3. Return Conditions
Due to the nature of our products (research reagents), please observe the following rules:
- Unopened packaging: We accept returns of products whose original seals (cap, vial seal, or shrink wrap) have not been broken.
- Product condition: The product must show no signs of use, opening, or substance sampling.
- Limitations: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that, once opened, cannot be returned due to health protection, sterility, and the chemical nature of the substance (in accordance with Art. 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act).
4. Return Procedure
- Report: Contact us at [email protected], providing your order number and return request.
- Shipping: After receiving our confirmation, ship the product to the address provided in correspondence.
- Packaging: Please pack the shipment carefully (preferably in the original box) to prevent damage during transport.
- Cost: The direct cost of returning the goods (shipping to the Store) is borne by the Buyer.
5. Refund
- Payment refund will be made promptly, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.
- We refund the full product price and the cost of the cheapest shipping option we offer (if it was incurred at purchase).
- Since payment in the Store is cash on delivery, refunds are made via bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer in the return request.
6. Complaints
If the received product is damaged, defective, or inconsistent with the order, you have the right to file a complaint under warranty. The Seller is liable for product defects for 2 years from the date of delivery.
Please file complaints at: [email protected], providing:
- order number,
- description of the defect,
- date the defect was discovered,
- preferred resolution method (replacement, repair, price reduction, contract withdrawal).
The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Note: Complaints resulting from improper storage (e.g., leaving temperature-sensitive products outside the refrigerator after delivery) or use inconsistent with the research purpose will not be accepted.
