Terms of Service
peptydy-sklep.com — effective from March 4, 2026 (amended: April 21, 2026).
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the online store at peptydy-sklep.com, including rules for placing orders, delivery, payments, contract withdrawal, and complaint procedures.
By placing an order in the Store, the Customer declares that they have read and accept these Terms of Service.
The Store may be used exclusively by persons who are at least 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they are of legal age.
These Terms of Service constitute an integral part of every sales agreement concluded through the Store. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of these Terms and other information contained on the Store’s pages (including product descriptions, knowledge base articles, or FAQ sections), the provisions of these Terms shall prevail.
2. Definitions
- Store — the online store operated at peptydy-sklep.com.
- Seller — Vantaris Research sp. z o.o. with registered office in Warka (05-660), ul. Grójecka 79A, entered in the National Court Register under KRS 0001226339, NIP 7972095902, REGON 54407069200000, share capital PLN 5,000.00. Contact: [email protected].
- Customer — a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Store.
- Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity (Art. 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code).
- Product — goods available in the Store, constituting a chemical raw material (scientific reagent) intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes.
- Order — the Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement for a Product.
- Account — the Customer’s individual profile in the Store, created during registration, enabling access to order history, data management, and the Loyalty Program.
- Loyalty Program — a program rewarding registered Customers with loyalty points for purchases, described in §11 of these Terms.
- Business day — Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Technical Requirements
To use the Store, you need:
- a device with Internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone),
- a current browser version (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge),
- JavaScript enabled,
- cookies enabled (details in the Cookie Policy),
- an active email account.
4. Products and Their Purpose
All products in the Store are research-grade peptides constituting chemical raw materials and scientific reagents, intended EXCLUSIVELY for research, scientific, and analytical purposes conducted under in vitro laboratory conditions.
Products are not medicines, dietary supplements, food products, cosmetics, or medical devices within the meaning of applicable laws. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, including for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or nutritional purposes.
The Seller is not responsible for use of Products inconsistent with their intended purpose.
Products are tested for purity. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for a given batch is provided upon Customer request, subject to availability. The current offering is available on the Products page.
5. Customer Declaration
By placing an order, the Customer makes a binding declaration that:
- they are acquiring the Products exclusively for research, scientific, or analytical activities conducted under in vitro laboratory conditions;
- they possess the knowledge, qualifications, and equipment necessary to safely handle chemical substances;
- they will not administer the acquired Products to humans or animals, including for diagnostic, therapeutic, prophylactic, or nutritional purposes;
- they are of legal age and have full legal capacity;
- they are acquiring the Products exclusively for their own research needs and undertake not to resell, redistribute, or make available the acquired Products to third parties, whether for consideration or free of charge, in whole or in part.
Breach of the declaration referred to in (e) entitles the Seller to withdraw from future agreements with the given Customer and to seek damages on general principles.
6. Right to Refuse Sale
The Seller reserves the right to refuse the fulfillment of an order or to cancel it in whole or in part if the Seller has reasonable doubts as to whether the Customer intends to use the acquired Products in accordance with their research purpose as specified in these Terms.
In the event of cancellation of a prepaid order, the Seller shall return the full payment made by the Customer within 14 days from the date of cancellation, using the same payment method.
The Seller also reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products available to a single Customer in an individual order or within a specified time period, where the order indicates a commercial or resale purpose rather than a research purpose. The foregoing does not constitute non-performance of the agreement, but rather a modification of its scope with respect to Product quantity, to which the Customer consents by accepting these Terms.
7. Placing Orders
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The ordering process is as follows:
- The Customer selects a Product (including variant, if available) and adds it to the cart.
- The Customer proceeds to the cart and verifies the order.
- The Customer fills in the order form with shipping and contact details.
- The Customer confirms having read the Terms of Service and places the order by clicking „Place order with payment obligation.”
- The Customer receives order confirmation at the provided email address.
The sales contract is concluded when the Seller confirms receipt of the order (by sending a confirmation email).
8. Prices and Payments
All prices in the Store are gross prices (including 23% VAT) expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
The Store offers the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — the Customer pays in cash or by card upon receiving the package from the courier or at the Parcel Locker.
- BLIK — instant online payment processed via CashBill S.A.
- Bank transfer — the order is processed after payment is credited to the Seller’s account.
The total order cost includes Product prices and shipping cost and is presented to the Customer before placing the order.
9. Invoices
The Seller issues a VAT invoice for each order. The invoice is sent to the Customer’s email address provided when placing the order. Customers wishing to receive an invoice with company details should provide full invoicing data (company name, NIP, address) in the order form.
10. Customer Account
The Store allows creation of an individual Customer Account. Registration is voluntary — orders can also be placed as a guest without creating an Account.
Registration requires providing an email address and setting a password. After registration, the Customer receives an email confirming Account creation.
The Account enables:
- viewing order history and fulfillment status,
- managing address data (shipping address, invoicing details),
- using the Loyalty Program (earning and redeeming points),
- faster placement of subsequent orders (auto-filling data).
The Customer is obligated to maintain confidentiality of login credentials (email and password) and not share them with third parties.
The Customer may delete their Account at any time by contacting the Seller at [email protected]. Deleting the Account results in loss of accumulated loyalty points. Detailed rules for personal data deletion are in the Privacy Policy.
11. Loyalty Program
The Store operates a Loyalty Program for registered Customers. Participation is automatic upon Account creation and requires no additional registration.
Points earning rules:
- For each completed order, the Customer receives loyalty points at a rate of 1 point per 1 PLN of gross order value (excluding shipping costs).
- Points are credited after order completion (status „completed”).
- Orders placed as a guest (without logging in) do not qualify for points.
Points redemption rules:
- Accumulated points can be exchanged for a discount on the next order at a rate of 20 points = 1 PLN discount.
- The minimum number of points for redemption is 100 points (equivalent to 5 PLN discount).
- Loyalty points discount does not combine with other discount codes unless the Seller explicitly states otherwise.
Points expiration:
- Loyalty points expire after 3 months of account inactivity (no orders placed or points redeemed).
- The Seller notifies the Customer of upcoming points expiration via email.
Other provisions:
- In case of order cancellation or Product return, points earned for that order are revoked.
- Loyalty points have no monetary value outside the Store and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other persons, or inherited.
- The Seller reserves the right to modify Loyalty Program rules, informing about changes on the Store website. Changes do not affect points already accumulated before the change date.
12. Delivery
Shipping is available within Poland via InPost (Parcel Lockers and courier).
- Processing time: orders placed before 12:00 on Business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed later — the next Business day.
- Delivery time: typically 1-2 Business days from dispatch.
- Shipping cost:
- InPost Parcel Locker — 19.99 PLN (free shipping for orders from 299 PLN),
- InPost Courier — 22.99 PLN,
- InPost Parcel Locker Saturday delivery — 22.00 PLN.
Peptides are shipped in packaging that protects against moisture and light. Upon receiving the package, Products should be stored at -20°C (freezer) or according to the instructions on the packaging.
13. Right of Withdrawal
The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the Product.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should inform the Seller of their decision by sending a statement to [email protected], providing the order number and withdrawal notice.
Return conditions:
- The Product must be in original, unopened (sealed) packaging.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene (Art. 38(5) of the Consumer Rights Act).
- The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
The Seller refunds payment promptly, no later than 14 days from receiving the withdrawal statement. The refund is made via bank transfer to the account indicated by the Consumer.

14. Complaints and Warranty
The Seller is obligated to deliver a Product free from defects. In case of a Product defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under warranty provisions of the Civil Code. The Seller is liable under warranty for physical and legal defects of the Product for 2 years from the date of delivery to the Consumer.
Complaints can be filed electronically at [email protected], providing:
- order number,
- description of the Product defect,
- date the defect was discovered,
- preferred resolution method (replacement, repair, price reduction, contract withdrawal).
The Seller will process the complaint within 14 days from receipt and inform the Customer electronically.
The Customer shall not be entitled to file a complaint, exchange, or return a Product based on claims arising from use of the Product inconsistent with its research purpose as specified in these Terms, in particular claims arising from damages resulting from administration of the Product to a human or animal. The foregoing limitation does not exclude the Consumer’s rights arising from the statutory warranty for physical defects of the Product or from the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
15. Personal Data
The controller of Customer personal data is the Seller (Vantaris Research sp. z o.o.). Personal data is processed for order fulfillment, complaint handling, and other purposes specified in the Privacy Policy.

16. Intellectual Property
All content in the Store (product descriptions, photos, graphics, articles, logos) is the property of the Seller or used under license and is legally protected.
Copying, distributing, or using Store content without written consent of the Seller is prohibited.
17. Liability
Products offered in the Store are intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from:
- use of Products inconsistent with their intended purpose, in particular their administration to humans or animals,
- improper storage of Products by the Customer,
- providing incorrect data by the Customer when placing an order.
The Seller does not provide and is not obligated to provide information regarding the method of dosing, mixing, preparation for use, or other technical parameters of application of the offered substances beyond the in vitro laboratory use for which they are intended. All content contained on the Store’s pages (descriptions, knowledge bases, articles, FAQ sections) is of a purely scientific and informational nature; it does not constitute instructions for use or medical, pharmaceutical, or veterinary advice.
The limitation of liability shall not apply to the extent that Polish law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of liability for damages.
18. Out-of-Court Dispute Resolution
The Consumer may use out-of-court complaint and claim resolution methods, including:
- contacting the county (municipal) consumer ombudsman for free legal assistance,
- filing an application with the Trade Inspection to initiate mediation proceedings,
- using the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
19. Final Provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, and Electronic Services Act.
These Terms and sales agreements concluded through the Store are governed by the law of the Republic of Poland. Disputes arising from these agreements shall be resolved by the common courts having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office, provided that, with respect to Consumers, this provision does not exclude the provisions on court jurisdiction arising from the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014 or from Regulations (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I) and No 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis), insofar as they grant Consumers rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
The Customer is obliged to independently verify whether the acquisition, possession, and use of the ordered Products comply with the law in the country of their residence or research operation. The Seller conducts sales in accordance with Polish law and is not liable for the Customer’s breach of legal provisions in force outside the territory of Poland.
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms. Changes take effect on the date of publication on the Store website. Orders placed before the amendment are processed under the previous terms.
If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions retain full legal force.
These Terms of Service take effect on March 4, 2026. Amendment introduced on April 21, 2026.
