Orders & Delivery

You can place an order through our online store 24/7. Select the products you are interested in, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can order as a guest or create a customer account to track your purchase history.
We accept three payment methods: cash on delivery (COD) — pay the courier in cash or by card upon delivery, BLIK — instant online payment, and bank transfer — order processed after payment is confirmed.
We ship via InPost: parcel locker 19.99 PLN, courier 22.99 PLN, Saturday parcel locker 22 PLN. Free parcel locker shipping on orders over 299 PLN.
Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are shipped the same day. Standard delivery time is 1-2 business days for courier and InPost parcel locker shipments.
Yes, after your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a tracking link. You can also check the order status in your customer account.
Currently, we only ship within Poland. We plan to expand deliveries to EU countries in the future. If you are interested in international shipping, contact us.

Storage & Usage

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at 2-8°C (refrigerator) or in a freezer at -20°C for longer storage. Protect from light and moisture. After reconstitution, store in the refrigerator and use within 2-4 weeks.
Lyophilized peptides have a shelf life of 24 months from the date of manufacture when properly stored. The expiration date is printed on each package. After reconstitution, we recommend use within 30 days.
No. All our products are intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes. They are not intended for use in humans or animals. By purchasing products, you confirm they will be used solely for research purposes.
For reconstitution, we recommend using bacteriostatic water or sterile saline solution. Add the solvent slowly along the vial wall, avoiding a direct stream onto the powder. Gently swirl the vial until fully dissolved — do not shake.

Products & Quality

All our peptides have confirmed purity above 98% by HPLC. Each product batch has an individual Certificate of Analysis (CoA) confirming composition, purity, and peptide identity.
A Certificate of Analysis is a laboratory document confirming the quality of a specific product batch. It contains HPLC analysis results (purity) and endotoxin testing.
We store peptides in -20°C cold storage at our warehouse, ensuring stability until shipment. Lyophilized peptides (powder form) are stable at room temperature for several weeks, so transport does not require active cooling. Vials are protected against mechanical damage, and packaging is discreet (no product markings). After receiving the package, we recommend transferring peptides to a refrigerator or freezer as soon as possible.
Our research-grade peptides are intended exclusively for in vitro research and laboratory purposes. They are used in scientific research in molecular biology, biochemistry, and pharmacology. They are not intended for human or veterinary use.

Returns & Complaints

Due to the nature of the products (research materials requiring special storage conditions), returns are only possible for unopened products in original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the shipment. The product must have been stored according to recommendations.
You can file a complaint through the contact form on our website or by sending an email to [email protected]. Include your order number, problem description, and photos (if applicable).
If the package is visibly damaged, we recommend preparing a damage report with the courier upon delivery. Then contact us immediately, sending photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will send a new product at our expense.
We process complaints within 14 business days of receiving the report. In case of a justified complaint, we offer product replacement or a refund to your bank account.
You can cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet been shipped. Log in to your account and go to order details, or contact us as soon as possible. After the package is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
We process refunds within 7 business days of positive return/complaint resolution. Money will be returned via bank transfer to the specified account.
