Shipping Methods
All orders are fulfilled via InPost. Shipping is available only within Poland. Packages are dispatched in secure, thermally stable packaging, ensuring proper transport conditions for research products.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 or on weekends are processed on the next business day.
Standard InPost delivery time is 1-2 business days from dispatch.

Free shipping via Parcel Locker on orders over 299 PLN.
Payment
We accept three payment methods:
- Cash on delivery (COD) — pay the courier in cash or by card upon delivery (or at the Parcel Locker).
- BLIK — instant online payment during checkout.
- Bank transfer — order processed after payment is confirmed.
Shipment Tracking
After dispatch, you will receive an email with the InPost tracking number. You can check shipment status at inpost.pl/sledzenie-przesylek.
Warehouse & Storage
Our products are stored in a professional warehouse in Poland, equipped with cold storage at -20°C, guaranteeing the highest quality and stability of peptides until shipment.
