Research on the somatotropic axis has revealed two distinct pathways stimulating growth hormone secretion from pituitary somatotrophs. The first pathway is activated by the GHRH-R receptor, targeted by CJC-1295 NO DAC (Mod GRF 1-29, 29 amino acids). The second pathway utilizes the GHS-R1a receptor, stimulated by Ipamorelin (selective pentapeptide, 5 amino acids).
Combining both peptides in a single vial eliminates the need for two separate reconstitutions. CJC-1295 NO DAC provides pulsatile GHRH-R activation, while Ipamorelin exhibits high selectivity for GHS-R1a without affecting ACTH, cortisol, or prolactin release.
| Parameter | CJC-1295 NO DAC | Ipamorelin |
|---|---|---|
| Peptide type | GHRH analog (Mod GRF 1-29) | GH secretagogue (pentapeptide) |
| Target receptor | GHRH-R (Gs protein) | GHS-R1a (Gq protein) |
| Signaling pathway | cAMP → PKA | PLC → IP3/DAG → Ca²⁺ |
| Selectivity | GHRH-R specific | Selective GHS-R1a (no ACTH/cortisol) |
| Molecular weight | ~3367.9 Da | ~711.85 Da |
| Amino acids | 29 | 5 |
Both components also available separately: CJC-1295 NO DAC and Ipamorelin.
CJC-1295 NO DAC and Ipamorelin act on the somatotropic axis through two independent receptor pathways:
Action on two different receptors provides the basis for combining GHRH analogs with GHS secretagogues in GH-IGF-1 axis research. In animal models, this combination has been shown to produce GH responses 5 to 10 times greater than either peptide alone.
Both blend components maintain stability in a single lyophilized vial at -20°C. After reconstitution in sterile water, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days.

This blend combines two complementary peptides in one vial: CJC-1295 NO DAC (a GHRH receptor analog) and Ipamorelin (a selective GHS-R1a agonist). The combination targets two convergent pathways of the somatotropic axis.
The blend offers convenience — a single reconstitution instead of two. Both peptides are the same purity (≥98% HPLC) as our individual products. Individual CJC-1295 NO DAC and Ipamorelin are also available separately.
Store lyophilized blend at -20°C to -80°C. After reconstitution, store at 2-8°C and use within 30 days.
Available in blend variants combining CJC-1295 NO DAC and Ipamorelin. Check the variant selector above for current options.
